Daily Prompt: Sixteen Tons

Daily Prompt: Sixteen Tons
How do you feel about your job? Do you spring out of bed, looking forward to work? Or, is your job a soul-destroying monotony of pure drudgery, or somewhere in between?

I work for a logistics company. I am air export shipment coordinator to oversea.
Everyday I contact my customers. They are all companies and not personal customer. Booking flight, taking care of export clearance, making docs and solving the problems at destination. That’s what I am doing everyday.
I am in charge of more than 30 companies and there are some monster customers. I fight everyday not to flight back and be nice to them very much.
I think my work is monotony but one of my work is supporting to my sales person and if I’m am nice to them, I’d make business opportunities.
So I think my work is monotony but there are still inducement.
It’s not easy to be in charge of more than 30 customers but I’d improve communication skill.
