Italian Japanese noodle! 

Today’s dinner was Japanese noodle which is called “Soumen” thin wheat noodles. Usually Japanese likes to eat Soumen in the summer dipped into Soumen soup.  Please check the detail of Soumen at Wikipedia. 

It’s so healthy and low calorie.  This time I didn’t made spaghetti and use Somen instead with tomato, eggplant, zucchini, onion, garlic, Tuna and consommé. Exept Soumen,  you can cook spaghetti with the ingredients.

I gently fried the ingredients and just put them on top of the boiled Soumen with basil in my garden. Actually the ingredients and Soumen are good combination.More veggies and less Soumen are good blance.
